Pecan pancakes and Salmon Benedict exquisitely delicious. Great service. Bloody Mary's medium spicy pretty tasty. Will revisit great find. No wait. Outdoor dining. Highly recommend.

Visited here during the ACL weekend, it as so busy! We only waited 5 mins whilst they cleared a table for us. Unfortunately the few people that arrived after just couldn't fit in. It's a small-ish place with lots of character. It is clearly very popular with both locals and tourists. We were greeted by a lovely lady eager to... More

When I am in Austin over a weekend and I stay downtown, the Old Pecan is usually where I go for my hangover breakfast. Steak Benedict is my usual treat. Service is quick and efficient. Coffee is very nice and the Steak Benedict always cooked to my liking. Reasonably priced as well. Great place!

It's always weird to be the only people in a restaurant but that did not improve the food or the service. It was so dead that they closed early for a "private event." My niece had her wedding here. The florist commented on the exceptional help which the staff provided. The meal was excellent and the staff was very attentive. Everyone in my family highly recommends it.

This place is probably the best option to eat near 6th street. The manager and staff were incredibly attentive, helpful and very caring. We tried salmon and it was very nicely cooked. The restaurant has a very interesting menu and it is quite clean. I recommend it.

Thank Pablo B
