What a fabulous Easter Brunch overseen by GM, Alika O'Brian, and professional wait staff Alex and others made this Easter a memorable experience with excellent food and fine bar.

Although there are other options, this is a fine dining seafood restaurant. I ordered the Texas redfish, my friend ordered the scallops, and we were both very happy with our selections. The waiter helped us select a nice bottle of white Italian wine to pare with our food. Side dishes are a la carte (there's enough asparagus for 2). It's... More

It does not get better than this! Arugula salad, fresh halibut and crab, bananas foster, etc. Wonderful meal with excellent staff - better be at that price !! But really, can't beat it.

We go here about once a month for fresh seafood, good wine and a very friendly staff. Is a fantastic place for a date night, small group or even solo at the bar. Can be as dressy as you want or go in business casual [jeans, etc] Always rotating specials and the shellfish tower is amazing.

This place will offer you the same quality each time you go. It's a rare quality. It's beyond fashionable, more an institution.

Live music and great food. What more could you want. I had the lobster tacos and the seabass Hong Kong style. Both were divine!

Sat in the bar for dinner. Was able to get a table without a reservation, but it was close. Good jazz band. Good energy in the room. Food is really good and consistent. Enjoyed the wedge and filet. Really enjoyed watching a friend demolish the tomahawk steak. Beautifully presented and apparently delicious since he ate it all. Great to bone... More

Food was really good, tomahawk steak was huge and delicious, scallop potatoes were good. The atmosphere was more crowded than I would prefer, not an intiment setting.

Eddie V's is the go-to place in Austin when guests or family are in town. Service is top notch and the folks in the kitchen turn out consistent seafood and steaks that always seem better than expected. This is not a trendy, small-plates, stacked-food place. Servings are generous and cooked to perfection. Never have been disappointed. Oh, and save room... More
