We stopped into the visitors center and the woman there gave us a coupon for King Street Blues. The service was fast despite being a Saturday night. The potato salad was really good. we also liked the ribs and the pulled pork. Stop by the visitors center and they can give you a buy one get 50% off coupon.

This is our second time visiting this restaurant and it was just as good as the last time! The service was also very quick. By the time we sat, ordered our drinks, ordered our food and talked for 10 minutes, our food was there! I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and my wife had the shrimp po' boy. We really... More

I admit I was a bit skeptical, but the brisket and ribs were great. The Caesar Salad with chicken and wings were also good.

King Street Blues in Old Town Alexandria has been on N. St. Asaph St. for many years started by the late Ralph Capabianco. It's atmosphere is inhansed by fun cartoon charcters on the walls and hanging from the ceiling. It serves diner food at a very reasonable price. Sandwiches, burgers and light entries. There is a small bar on the... More

Totally surreal restaurant with random things on the wall. Food was good, service was quick and efficient and most of all, the prices weren't extortionate. Would definitely visit again.

The food was good. (not great) My son loved the cool stuff on the walls and the big train coming out of the ceiling. We had a good time. We would go back.

Every time I go to King Street Blues in Kingstowne, I'm disappointed. I don't know why I keep going back, except that it's next to the UPS store and I go there daily. Yesterday was a beautiful day so I thought I'd sit outside. I ordered a shrimp Poor Boy with cucumber and onion salad. The food was nothing special.... More

We used to visit DC/Alexandria quite often and always made it a point to stop here for some grat BBQ. Well, it's been ten years since we were here last and we were a little apprehensive based upon some of the reviews. I had an Elwood with an added side of red beans and rice and was not disappointed! The... More

We had never been to King Street Blues before. We walked in Saturday night about 6:00 pm. There was no wait which was great. The service was fine but we were seated by the door that leads out to the outside tables. Every time someone opened that door we were hit with a blast of freezing air. I wish they... More

We love BBQ and were happy to find a BBQ joint so close to home, but were disappointed with the food. We ordered the nachos and the grease was so severe it soaked through everything and was dripping off of everything. Nasty. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and again was not happy with the experience. We left the restaurant... More
