Bar service was spotty - table service very good. Pizza very enjoyable and best I've found in the area so far. 10" pizza and a beer at the bar is "a good thing".

We took a twenty something and her sister, a thirty something a five year old, and a two year old to lunch. They loved it. The calimari was fantastic! The Brussels very tasty and met our need for fiber! We needed fiber because we had three pizzas brought to the table! Gluten free with chicken was excellent. Three of us... More

In town working nearby, had the steak sandwich. It was okay, nothing to go nuts about but, not terrible either. Place is like a trendy bar specializing in beer and just pizza. I didn't see any other Italian style sandwich offerings such as meatball parmigiano etc...

Had the chicken salad sandwich. It was huge and tasty. Great neighbourhood vibe and awesome beer list.

DRP is a great place for getting just about anything. It is a sports bar, a quiet-ish dining room and a great outdoor seating restaurant. Although they say they are a pizzeria they are so much more. The pizza is not NY pizza but the crust is good, the sauce is tasty and they do not skimp on the cheese.... More

We stumbled upon Del Ray Pizzeria after stumbling across the Art on the Avenue Festival. We went in just because we were in the mood for pizza and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was!!! We got two pizzas which were way too big (oh well, leftovers) - one with ground sausage (homemade) and the other with ham and... More

Del Ray pizza is delicious - a wide variety of pizzas - individual to large. Generous sizes. They also have gluten free crust. During the warmer months they have a small outdoor patio. Service is good, parking can be a challenge at times.

This pizzeria in the heart of the Del Rey district of Alexandria had surprisingly good pizza with a great choice of toppings. Crust was not like cardboard but was of a delicious constitution. The beer was goodness it has anybody IPA choices. Well worth a visit if you are in the area

Good for families with young children. Good beer menu. Lot's of different pizza toppings to choose from. Maui Wowee (sp) and the Asss were great! I thought the pizza crust was done just right. Another plus - very clean. It wasn't too crowded as we missed the lunch rush on a Saturday.

I think I'll stick with Geno's Pizza at Safeway. Greasy, Crust is nasty. Stop the Madness.. Stay away from the Pizza. Tots are good as well as the burgers.
