This is a gem and offers a welcome change from the usual hamburger, cheese and fries so widely offered in most eating-places. There is an abundance of fresh baking, including cookies and muffins, as well as a great range of lovely fresh crepes and salads....More
This restaurant is one where you order your food as you walk down a line. They have great choices of soups salads and sandwiches. There is also a take out bakery up front where deliciousness abounds. I recommend it.

Had breakfast. Greasier than a diner. But I guess that's France. A bit overpriced for wat you get. Everything in Alexandria is overpriced, but that's OK if quality is there.
The french onion soup was just and the sandwich I had was almost inedible. Very pricey too, so skip this place with so many other options in Alexandria
The service was abysmal, from cashier to management. There was a complete lack of interest in customer service or getting our order right. The food was just average, nothing special, so I would say skip it and go to Bread and Chocolate up the street.
