I had a delicious Quiche Lorraine and wife had a Salad Niçoise classic. The food was excellent. The Quiche was one the best I have ever had either stateside or in France. My wife thought the salad was a little light on greens, but the...More

A quaint French restaurant nestled on a busy corner. Decent food, now if they would get a gracious wait staff. My first time, but a friend who was in the party said it has deteriorated in service and quality. Oh, for a time when there...More

We had driven by this place for years and had never tried it. One reason was that we had heard that it was very pricey. But it was a special birthday, so we decided to finally give it a try. Everything was outstanding; both food...More

When walking into La Cote D'Or you are transported to France! The atmosphere is genteel; and the furnishings, from tables decorated beautifully to the handsome bar and desk just inside restaurant door, are resplendent. The food, raison d'être, is sumptuous. My husband, sister and I...More

My daughter and I ordered a salad described as containing asparagus, salmon, mango, corn and spring greens. The asparagus came as a few strands, the salmon was smoked and sparse and there were very few greens. The bill with a tip came to $40! There...More

Six of us went to this restaurant for Mother's Day. The first thing we realized upon arriving is that there are 2 steps to get into the restaurant and no handicapped ramps readily accessible. Our wheelchair guest had to come in a side door and...More

I found the waiter pushing us to order more than we needed. As a result we had food and wine left at a considerable cost. Very heaving handed treatment of the soft shelled crabs masked the subtlety of this dish. Too bad ! Negative experience...More

Don't know. I'm the guy that did the review, not the restaurant.

No dress code; the men in our party were not wearing ties or jackets and we women were casually dressed (jeans), not out of place. The clientele seems a bit older and the atmosphere a bit stuffy, if you don't mind that.
