My friends and I were working at a local clinic in RBQ and lived there for a month. During our stay we came to El Nomadico several times. Each time was consistently delicious! Their signature fish curry dish (from the Bene!) is really the best fish around (don't eat the banana leaf though lol). There's nothing like it. You have... More

The food here is simply magnificent. Without doubt, it's the best in Rurrenabaque, and the fish curry is one of the best meals we've eaten in South America. It was so good we came here three times as our plane kept getting cancelled. Had the fish twice and the steak (also excellent) once. Garlic bread is fantastic and generously portioned.... More

This place is awesome. Cheap and delicious cocktails all night long. Fish curry is as good as everyone goes on about. We also had the steak and garlic bread which were both awesome too. Approx cost for 2 mains, garlic bread & 4 cocktails 170B

Went here twice during my stay based on reviews. Seven of us and nobody was disappointed! Sensational food - have the fish curry!!!!!!! The owner is also such a gem! Worth a visit for some amazing, authentic food!

We visited El Nomadico based on reviews and were not disappointed! Delicious fish curry and yummy cocktails. Great service from the Aussie owner who gave me extra spice as requested! Best meal in Bolivia so far!

We got both the chicken and fish curry between two... still cant decide whats better. Cooked to perfection with so many fresh flavours, it was a surprise to find something so great in such a remote place! Average 40/50 per dish. 100% worth it. I also enjoy the mash.. makes a change from rice rice rice

OK, so we did what everyone else did and ordered the fish curry. As you've probably gathered from the other reviews, this is one of the best things you will ever eat in your life. Go here. Now. (However, please can someone try the other things on the menu and let us know of they're equally good?)

A bit harder to find because it is at the end of a small alley but worth the effort! The fish curry was delicious and the Australian owner very friendly. The mashed potato was not homemade but from a package? That was a pity. Other than that: lovely!

We were recommended this restaurant by a friend not even knowing it was an Aussie owner. Was great to hear his story to how he ended up in rurrenebaque. Not only that his wife cooked some amazing food. Was very well priced also. Best meal in Bolivia to date.

Me and my girlfriend ordered both of the specialty fish dishes so we could sample them both. We both agree they were the best meals we have had in South America. The mash potato for the side is also great but the chips dipped in the curry were nice too. The Aussie owner is very helpful and runs through some... More
