Mangai can be a little confusing for first time visitors. As you walk in you get a little green card. Pick a table, order a drink and that card is replaced with a gray card. Load up your plate at the buffet and present your gray card after they weigh your plate. Turns out they charge you by weight, though... More

I love buffets in Brazil as they are much higher quality than US buffets with great choices that are well done. The dining room is huge but airy and does not feel overwhelming. Great place for a quick, quality lunch.

Wonderful regional food from the Northeast region of Brazil. Large restaurant with dozens of tables and an incredible variety of dishes. Nice atmosphere and easy location, near the South Lake. Worth to frequent.

Went there with a large group of colleagues. The fact that it's a buffet and that you pay separately was convenient for us. Food was ok, nothing special and drinks took forever to come...

This is one of my all-time favorite restaurants in Brasília: a dazzling variety of great Northeast food, exotic fruit juices and desserts at a very affordable price. The premises are spacious and cool -- something vital in global warming-struck Brasilia. And if you're feeling sleepy after too much carne de sol (sundried beef) with beans, red rice and cassava, you... More

First of all the place have a wonderful view, you can see the JK bridge and the lake Paranoá. The food is incredible, there is such a variety that is hard to choose what to eat! The place itself is enormous and there are many kinds os food, from shrimp to sun dried meat. The only problem is the attendance,... More

The food was nothing special, just a buffet prepared without much commitment. Most of it was cold. I'm sure you can find a more authentic experience with northeast food somewhere else in Brasilia.

Huge buffet style restaurant. Get there early on holidays otherwise you will wait forever. Amazing food from Brazil's northeast. Pay by the kg. Amazing desserts as well. Large wooden tables and it is decorated in the style of the countryside in that part of Brazil. Huge variety of everything - salad, potatoes, meats, fish, etc. Everyone given a card to... More
