Very tasty and large empanadas to be had here with a good veggie choice. They came quickly and prices were reasonable. There is a beautiful big dog who waits patiently outside for scraps (please give him some) we nicknamed him 'Bear' & returned several times with food. Check out the guilt trip look on his face...:D

Stopped in for lunch one day and ordered a smoothie and chicken empanada. That was the biggest empanada I've ever seen! But it was so good. And the smoothie lasted about 3 minutes. My final bill was 5,800CP. The place is clean, the food is great, and the lady running the place was such a sweetheart. Definitely stop in here... More

Stopped in for a quick bite on NYE. Their empanadas are the biggest and most flavorful we have ever had. Made fresh throughout the day. We had to wait about 15 min for the beef empanadas, but it was worth it!

If you want something different from a traditional empanada, this is it, I have never had such big empanadas and such an choice of fillings. These are more than a snack and taste very good as well.

This place caught our eyes with the words "Super Empanadas!" And yes, they were supersized empanadas! The fresh juice is pretty good too. Also try the local meal: rice, vege, hearty soup, and juice. It's simple, but delicious.

Empanadas are HUGE, and for $3.800 CLP ( $5.70 USD) they should be. One is enough for 1 person. The service is really slow but worth the wait.

As the cafe was just round the corner from our hotel we called in for a snack. We ordered our food and coca mate and sat down to wait. We were entertained by crowds of people all coming in for empanadas to take away! The food arrived and the empanada was huge and well filled as was the quesadillas....we were... More

What you see is what you get. Mother prepairs the simple food and daughter serves. It's cheap but good food and for a quick bite to eat it is perfect!

LP guidebook listed this place as one of the cheapies and its pizzas. While the prices in the menu were apparently lower than elsewhere, so were the portions. Staff attention wasn't very good. Had to call the waitress twice before she answered. They do have a wide variety of juices on offer but be sure to tell them to not... More
