my mom and i stumbled upon this place and it smelled amazing so we had to enter. they use their tomato sauce in several dishes apparently. it was much more successful in my mussels than in my mom's shrimp dish. service was great. prices were reasonable. i liked the atmosphere even though it was loud with a large group in... We were there last year and had a good experience. Big disappointment this year! The service is very common, the place has lost his its inspired look and the food is trite. One of the few places where we found seats without booking!

Lovely small terrace just round the corner in Hvar marina. We had gnocchi and scampi soup as starters, excllent. Tuna and seabass for mains and also perfect. Chef was preparing dishes in open bbq. Good service.

All in all a nice meal. We had the mussels and the hake. The hake doesn't say it was battered so that was a little disappointing but was tasty. The mussels were really nice but went cold really quickly because they were served on a long plate rather than in a bowl of sauce. But it was more reasonably priced... More

Seafood was good and fresh but the coordination of seating, serving, checking and closing was an epic failure. No rhyme or reason between seating/ordering/serving order. While we were waiting to order another couple was sat, ordered their food and was eating their main course. Many parties came, sat and left with frustration. Anytime we needed anything including closing our tab... More

We had an amazing fish platter to share between us which was a very generous portion. The service was a little slow especially when it came to paying the bill.

We stopped in here one night during a Backroads cycling trip through Croatia. We had just spend some time up in the fort on the hill and after sunset we wandered through the narrow streets and found this place to be lively and crowded. There were a lot of younger people here (Hvar on the whole, actually) but there were... More

Has been recommended by the hostel and so glad we did a chance. Food was absolutely delicious, we had a shark in a bag which was one of my best seafood meals in Croatia. Waiters are really nice and helpful with deciding what to choose. Go here

We tried it here as it was packed out when we passed it on the night we arrived. Got there quite early and got a table between two other tables where our waiter was being very chatty with them - telling them about his marketing course he is on, suggesting coffees and giving them free shots. We were looking forward... More

I love garlic but the mussels were ALL garlic & half the shells were empty. Tuna steak was ok, but the side potato salad was inedible. Service & atmosphere were alright but house white wine was grim. At least the price wasn't too bad for Hvar!
