Upon a recommendation, I went here with friends and loved it. It is lovely for dinner and the sunset.

The view is fine, personnel helpful and charming. The fresh fish & shellfish is indeed top notch. The wine list is impressive when it comes to non-croatian wines. worth a visit IF you are in Hvar
We picked this place as the views are wonderful and we thought the food would be great. Overall, the food was ok but it wasn't cheap and the service was meh. Maybe for a glass of wine and appetizers, but not worth the cost.
Finally I found well made scampi on the grill. Pulp carpaccio was OK. Oysters were fresh and tasty, but not excellent. Wine selection is OK. We landed on a Posip which was not bad. Service was very professional. The view on the water was very...More

We are lucky enough to have visited Gariful twice now and we weren't disappointed either time. The setting on the sea by the harbour is perfect, the service is proficient but not overbearing, the food is out of this world - simple, fresh fish caught...More

An upmarket restaurant with an enviable position on the waterfront. The service was superb and the food excellent. The wine is expensive though.
Gariful is classic. Well known not only in Croatia. Perfect place for fish dinner, literarlly 5 meters from the sea. Service was really great, starters (tuna carpaccio, octopussy salad), fish for the main course on high level. White wine too, it was famous Kozlovic's Malvasia,...More
