The food here is amazing, some of the best seafood we have ever had in our lives, caught fresh from Chaloklum. Nong and his staff are so lovely, would come back anytime.

It's a seafood restaurant Bryan - it's brilliant. You're supposed to add your own spice and flavour to Pad Thai. You are a knob end. Why go to a seafood restaurant of you don't eat fish..?

We started with a spring roll, which was hands-down the freshest and most delicious spring roll either of us had ever had. We then got the "small" prawns - a plate of about 20 - and the squid. They were both delicious, and served with a tangy garlic dipping sauce. The prices are very good for the amount of food... More

We try in total 4 different fishes and they were all excellent. They cook on the other side of the road and bring your order in the restaurant with sea view. The staff is very friendly and can give you great advice on what to order depending of your taste. It is really a great place if you like seafood.

The Restaurant only gets an average rating, since that's how the meal averaged out. One dish which was the seafood was really good while the other, pad thai, was tasteless and bland. I don't eat fish so I thought, well it's Thailand, they can't really mess up Pad Thai, I was proven wrong. The place is rustic and it's right... More

We're so glad we had tour the island on scooter, and found out this really great restaurant. You can sit on the back balcony or directly on the beach with superb view of the sea...wait til dawn, so you can enjoy the various fishing boats stationned out, they have green or white lights hanging from their wings on either side... While searching for a nice restaurant for our dinner, we passed by the Nong Nook's Seafood Restaurant. As we were looking for a fish-BBQ, we looked at the presented freh fish and the guy at the door explained and showed us, how fresh the fish is. We decided to go in. We ordered a Papayasalat, a Tom Yum Soup, a... More

One of the best places to eat on Phangan Island. Great Tom Yum and other dishes, fruit shakes as well. Wonderful sea view. The only thing is a fish smell around the place, but it refers to the entire neighborhood.

We found Nong Nook Seafood restaurant at the end of our stay in Koh Phangan, we only wish we had found it at the beginning!!! What an amazing place! We had a beach front table, which overlooks an amazing view of Chaloklum. Very serene in the evening. And the food was just delicious!! We had whole Pomfret cooked with garlic... More
