Safety Stop Pub is always a good atmosphere. My first time here was in December of 2013.... and I just kind of stayed haha. Big menu full of plenty of great options. The Thai food is especially top notch. Service is good and with the open feel to the place it's just a great spot. I'll keep going here and... More

If you've been in Asia a while & need a western food fix, Safety Stop is a good bet. Bangers & mash & burger were awesome! The prices are approaching western but that's the same everywhere. Cider choices are better than most too. I read somewhere it has a 'lucious beer garden' this is a bit over the top description... More

Stop here for a bite as soon as you get off the ferry, great thai food and very nice take-away sandwiches. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Try the "Don Pedro", it's amazing.

Are here several times and would highly recommend it to anyone in the vicinity. Nice chilled out location and a really impressive menu. Probably the best western food in Mae haad.
