We went there because of the view but also the varied menu. The menu is 85 Dh, more than the ones you can find on the main square but for us this difference was more than acceptable because of its varied options and the quality of the food. We got many olives, 2 big "breads", two very nice starters (a... More

We went to this restaurant after reading about it on the rough guides. The views from the terrace is amazing. I would say better than the Spanish mosque as it reminds you of a bit of Santorini. The food was Ok. Service was slow.

We had booked for a group, our group leader had been to the restaurant earlier in the day to ensure that we could have tables at the top. We had to move as this was not possible. The food was poor and cold the service was slow and altogether we did not enjoy the evening.

Great traditional food with a lovely terrace overlooking the Kasbah. Right in the heart of the old Medina.

After wandering the floors of the restaurant (there are at least four) we finally found a member of staff who couldn't have seemed less interested in us being there. As a party of 10 we were about to bring a sizeable order to them so it was disappointing to be welcomed so indifferently. Most of us had three courses. I... More

Fine, by Moroccan standards. Waiter got our order wrong and brought squid tagine instead of beef kefta. Strange mistake to make. Service not great. Another slight gripe is that the food potentially gave me good poisoning for the rest of our Moroccan holiday too (though can't be 100% sure as wife was ok)

First of all we had two meals and a drink and we found it quite expensive in comparation other places we ate in Chaouen. The guy who attended us was very friendly and ploite, but there were eight more people working and not busy night, still they managed to confuse the plate. The chicken was really dry. To compare: we... More

We came for the view and we were ignored beyond grunts and when the overpriced food arrived it was lukewarm. With so much amazing food in town, skip this one. It is pretty inside but that is the only thing worth looking at.

Thank Jesica D
