We had a good lunch in this restaurant after our flight. Beautiful authentic décor. Nice Peruvian meals with moderate prices. Good service. Free WIFI. All we need at that point. Only few tables were occupied on our arrival but friendly manners of the crew overweighted our concerns. This restaurant was recommended by our tour guide and we were not dissappointed.

The food wasn't something special, it offers traditional peruvian specialities with a focus on seafood I would say, ceviche and so on... The building ist interesting, it has the looks of an old hacienda with inner court. Nice touch, nice try but nothing special. It was clean and the portions were generous, so it has that going for it. Prices... More

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel and we were too tired to do our own research. Bad move. The food was terrible. It is made in a way that I guess they feel appeal to tourists but ended up being the worse food we had in our trip. In addition, the menu has descriptions of dishes (in both Spanish... More

It has a grand entrance, like the ones we see in old movies. And as you walk inside, you will feel right at home. (That's if you are a dictator and can afford such luxury!) It has trees INSIDE to give it that eating-my-meal-outside-but-somehow-I-am-out-of-the-sun kind of feel. They have a small menu but order the grilled chicken and ask for... More

El Porton has historic photos of Nazca and real old fashioned decor with cacti, old tools and brick work. The young goat shank was good as was my wife's stuffed avocado. They even had a live Peruvian group playing traditional music at dinner.

Visited this restaurant with my partner as it was recommended by a tour guide and we were not disappointed! The staff were so friendly and the ambience was great, the food was exceptional and for the price felt we had got a real bargain, I highly recommend the "tacu tacu" dish,a fantastic high quality restaurant with value for money you... What should I say. It's a tourist restaurant. Offering loads of worldwide food options, from a to z, but nothing is really convincing or really good. We got a free Pisco which was probably the best. Food wise, I wish we would have gone somewhere else. Considering the place was not really expensive some people may say 'ok' but this... More

Atmosphere was good and 7 out of the 8 meals were also good. My reason for the low ratings came from how the manager reacted to our complaints over the last meal, which was missing an item and over cooked. He lost his temper with us and then blamed the waiter! He then proceeded to scream at his staff for... More
