The food was terrific. No other way of describing it. We had dosas - Neer and Kara, we had idli platter in a green chutney that was absolutely sensational...

This is an authentic South Indian cuisine serving restaurant in Versova, Mumbai. All food preparations are equally good. Is a must visit joint while in mumbai to experience the taste of south.

Variety of south Indian food. ***Heavy taste--not light and airy** . Mix up of all types of south Indian dishes--not sure if authentic or concocted tastes. Popular because one of the few medium grade South Indian restaurants in this area. At times they really rush you and make you uncomfortable eg when I was having a business discussion.

Tried the Utthapam, Spinach Garlic Dosa and Upma! Loved all three. The Kanchipuram Idli, however, was dry:(

First of all let me tell you the food is good but not awesome.. Never ever go on WEEKENDS, There's a lot of rush and the service goes for a toss. We ordered a few dishes and a couple of dosas... So instead of 2 dosas... we see that the dosas are actually cut into 2 halves and served in... More

We had heard rave reviews about this place and finally decided to try it out. The waiting time on a weekend is quite high with a harried looking manager trying to get you seats. The decor and seating is nice with traditional soft bansuri music. The menu is quite vast with lots of traditional authentic dishes that we had not... More
