Ayubs rolls are very popular in the area, a small outlet with hardly any seatings still manages to attract crowd. You'll have to wait a little on peak hours. Good quality and reasonable price. It's hard to locate it, located in small street at fort.

Located at a small street in fort area of south Mumbai. The place serves very good rolls, although it's a very small place, still it's always crowded, on peak hours you'll have to wait for 15-20 mins for your rolls.

This place is good for awadhi cuisine. Rolls are must try. Don't expect much in terms of ambience and seating arrangement. But good value for money place.

This is very small place near Colaba but serves great Afghani and Mughlai food. The prices are really low and the quantity is also descent. Above all, the food is really tasty. If you are searching for fine dinning experience probably this is not the correct place. Its good for small munching in the evening.

Place was a bit crowded. Took around 15 mins for 2 rolls. Parceled shahi chicken roll and paneer roll. The rolls had become soggy by the time we had them. Chicken was well cooked however paneer was ok types.

Mouth watering and lip smacking chicken mutton dishes. Though the restaurant has fewer varieties of food for standees however it's good to choose the best from the bests. Finding location is a little troublesome however it's worth it.

Ayub is situated in narrow lane in Fort. There is seating and one has to have their food in their car. We had Paneer and corn rolls at Ayub. The taste was really amazing. Although the size was smaller compared to the price charged. Service is good.

Ayub serves best paneer and corn rolls. Also paneer tikka is best for vegetarians. The rolls are expensive and the size has become smaller over the period of time. Service is quick. We have to eat in our car as there is no seating arrangements. It is busy till late night. A must try.
