Went there to celebrate my birthday on 19th sept. I had taken my grandparents there, first outing post lockdown. The service was very very slow, and the servers were clueless. Took more than 40mins to serve drinks as it was coming from Sahib which is...next door. My grandmother walked to the salad counter, but there were no labels like before, so she just picked the cold prawns, the chef behind the counter laughed at her and spoke to her in hindi in a condescending manner. Being anant chaturdashi we all were dressed in traditional wear which probably made the staff think that we were uneducated people who didn’t know english and hence their rude behaviour. Since we were a big table with elderly people the younger lot went to the live stations to order for all, due to which the chef and serving staff behaved as if were uncultured first time eating in a five star restaurant. I have dined at seven kitchens before and was a regular there, but after this I won’t going back. The manager Mr.Siddesh and Mr.Anthony, listened to my woes and took my email address, but yet to contact me. All in all the food tasted good, but my birthday was spoiled. So thank you Seven kitchens for ruining my birthday. Indeed a wrong decision to go on a special day.More

The Line at Seven Kitchens offers a selection of stylish bites conjured by a team of creative chefs. The restaurant is constantly bustling, and it’s not hard to see why. Featuring 7 theatrical kitchens, this hotel buffet showcases an array of culinary delights that reflect...the best of both Asian and international cuisine. The Chefs and Staffs are extremely attentive to all your needs and requests- going further than the extra mile. We were spoilt for choice, with the availability of Indian delicacies, hearty Western, healthy salads and ‘to die for’ desserts. The assistant manager- Rohan Kaddam had us fall over our knees with his dedication to delivering exceeding service and making sure that we leave the table happy and full. The waiting staffs were sooo sweet and caring and the chefs took time out of the kitchen to meet with guests and listen to their feedback and custom requests. It was truly an awesome few days of eating here ❤️🥰More

Excellent hotel and service! Food is also exceptional. We stayed at the hotel for a while while with two small kids. All the staff were phenomenal, made us feel at home, happily interacted with the children. They were also very helpful and accommodating with out...unusual requests for the kids throughout our stay especially for food. We happened to be there as Mumbai went into lockdown and the hotel felt like a little sanctuary where a lot of effort was being made to maintain normality despite all the challenges. Highly recommend!More

For breakfast and for the dinner during the latter half of our stay, we visited Seven Kitchens restaurant. We would like to call out service by Mr. Rishikesh (sorry if I misspelled the name) and Mr. Akshay. Almost all throughout the stay we were served...by these gentlemen, who again went above and beyond, with also sharing information on how to get around the city that we were visiting for the first time and other tips to travel like locals. They were also great enough to accommodate special requests during the buffet. Another special call out for all the chefs. The best quality ingredients used to create great tasting food. On top of that, our first time experiencing Sushi (which is a must-try whenever you visit) was refreshing!More

Stayed here on Christmas and the food and decor was next level. The night of Christmas we went elsewhere and they gave us whatever cake we wanted when we came back. I haven't had carrot cake in a long time and they had real bush...de noel which isn't something you just find anywhere. Boxing day we had breakfast which was included in our stay. They had anything you could think of . I kept with my usual waffles and bacon.More

I travel a lot and visit a lot of hotels for their food and hospitality. I came across rakesh at seven kitchen who was so warm to receive me at 3 am and offered me some good hot chocolate which was refreshing and put me...to power nap. I then met chef ameya who gave me a tour of the entire spread. This is the best buffet spread I have had in a long time. Even better then the Taj Mahal Colaba. 5 stars to seven kitchen and its staff for being so warm and making me feel so home away from home. Best Amrish Fernandes TripAdvisor support team.More
