one of the very few places which has lasted the test of time and despite its ever growing popularity has maintained the quality and standard of food for atleast the last 2 decades as far i can remember. A must try for anyone who appreciates good quality food. Its a 100% vegetarian restaurant but is frequented by people across countries... More

Food is excellent as usual. Dont miss their in house Ice Creams which is the best and the Sugarcane juices. I went there with an old friend. The service was not upto the mark here this time. I found that the entire staff is new and they dont seem to have proper service ethics. They kept on coming to pick... More

OVERALL: Want to enjoy Mumbai’s famous street food, but a bit scared it might knock you out for a week? Head over to the fabulous Swati Snacks. I’m never disappointed here. Head over before 8pm, or before 2pm (lunch) to have a better chance at quick seating as there’s no reservations and locals tend to eat later. COST: 2000INR for... More

A quick snack before I left the city...I had heard so much of this place which is known for its authentic gujrati food..my exposure to this cuisine being zero, I called for their signature, PANKI...I could say it was good but not great..the bhelpuri i ordered tasted pretty different but nice. The pricing seemed a bit on the higher side,... More

You can't go wrong with the original Swati Snacks in Tardeo. The food is fresh and the turnover fast . This is not a place for lingering conversations but one for a quick meal. My favorites are the bhel, sev puri, Pav Bhaji lathered in butter. Surprisingly the pizza is also very nice . For desserts try their mal pua... More

It's different, yummy. Great Gujju and Maharashtrian food. Heard a lot about their award winning menu. We didn't order much, but went for varieties as we wanted to taste all. Good staff, well trained to say what's best of their menu, even suggested portions. Didn't try to sell anything to us.

Have been regular to this place for 25 years. But, today was terrible, the bhel, sev puri, dali batata puri were all soggy, stale and without taste, even chutneys seemed stale. Carried a bad experience specially when we went all the way. Something is wrong the the management needs to look into. Will hesitate to go back.

It's really hard to describe the taste of amazing food that I had during my recent visit to Bombay. Things that were really nice were fawani khichdi, panki and good old vada pav. Panki was so delicious that I ended up having 3 of them. If you are in Bombay and want a gujarati flavoured meal; this place is highly... More
