Description
We call it southern Italian. Half of my family was first generation Italian the other half from right here. So there was always a poof sauce on the stove and the next pot over was frying fresh okra. That's how we keep things today. Great Italian food pizza, pastas, calzones, strombolis, nachos, fries, onion rings.
