The rolls were as good as we remember from other O'Charley's we have been to. The portions were large especially on the lunch size chicken tenders. The service was slow, especially for dessert; the excuse was they were having trouble with the whipped cream.

The food was very good, with the exception of the cold mashed sweet potatoes. The chairs around the table had bread crumbs in them from the previous customer. One of my two forks had a piece of dried food on it and the men's bathroom needed to be attended to.

The hostess was a bit confused when we asked for a booth....she seemed to think there was none available when we could clearly see that nearly half of them were empty. Guess there was a server shortage....after she soved that our server was wonderful, attentive and quick. The food was great and we truly enjoyed our visit.

The food this restuarant serves tastes amazing, however, if you suffer from allergies you will need to be creative. There are few menu items that are gluten or lactose free, and apps are really a no go.

Melissa was great! She serviced our table with a smile, great recommendations for food and made our experience phenomenal! We had the Nashville chicken sandwich which did not disappoint. Highly recommend!

We had dinner with two other couples . Even though they were very busy our waiter was very attending to our needs. We all had different things and everything was good. One person had the cherry pie for dessert and said it was excellent.

First, their health rating is an 83. I want to get that out of the way first. If I would have seen this on the way in, I would have insisted that we run fast and leave. Unfortunately for us we never saw the rating until we had a bad meal and we were on the way out. We last... More

While the venue was busy because of the day (although I think it's always busy), our wait was short. We both had 8 oz. prime rib dinner. The rolls are warm and soft and buttery bits of goodness but don't let them fill your basket a second time or you won't have room for your entrees. Our dinner did not... More

We have ate here several times and always had great food ( a lot of food ) and excellent service. O Charley's is known for their great honey mustard and the chicken fingers but I love their 1000 island dressing, it is wonderful on salad. This is one of our favorite places to eat.
