Dirty napkins, plates and glasses. Son had something in his glass so they took it and spilled it out and refilled glass then brought the same glass to the table. Took food over 20 minutes to fix. Do not recommend.

The manager from the old Tai Pan Palace has brought her mother out of retirement to train the cooks. As a result, the food quality has improved dramatically. Meat is tender and not dried out. Dishes are now flavorful and no longer bland. Sweet/Sour and Egg Drop Soups are excellent. Waitresses are very attentive. I eat there weekly.

Buffet is somewhat bland. Lots of food but lacks flavor. The soups are the best thing on the buffet. The Tai Pan Palace on the Parkway had excellent food with different sauces. Since it closed down, I am now going to the Tai Pan in Madison but the food quality has gone down in the past several years. I have... More

A few years ago, my colleagues and I ate there on occasion at lunch time, and it was busy and served very good food. Today, my family and I ate there, and we were disappointed. The food was very greasy, and much of it appeared to have been on the steam table a very long time. Some items were already... More

When I travel alone, I do not like to spend a lot of time getting dinner. I ate hear once before and found some dishes to be better than others. This time I had Mongolian grill, and that was very good.

I love Chinese. I love a lunch buffet. I really love a Chinese lunch buffet. However, I did not love this one and will not be back. The food was average at best. And everything seemed tough and over cooked. The General Tsos chicken was like rubber. Lo Mein super greasy. Spring rolls mushy not crisp. There are definitely better... More

this place has weird hours, i seem to always want to come here when they are closed. i've only ever had their food to go, but it is really good and pretty cheap for the amount that you get. cant go wrong with sesame chicken with them.

We eat here a lot - wonderful walnut honey chicken and the best lemon chicken in town. Although there is still a Tai Pan downtown, we usually eat in Madison.
