Presentations are nice. Their asam fish and petai prawn are tasty. Others are just so-so. I think u just need to order the right dishes in this restaurant because not everything is nice. But keep in mind some of their medium size dishes are quite big especially non-seafood dishes, so double check with them so u don't order too much.

Blessed with a complimentary set dinner and added 2 more dishes for kids to join us for dinner. Ayam Ponteh was awesome and their cendol tasted really rich. A must try and great alternative to the other crowded local nyonya restaurant.

If you are looking for traditional Nyonya food and have appetite for spice, this is the place. No fanciful menu but taste is 👍 . Of course you pay decent price for valuable authentic nyonya dishes. PS: request for their belaccan ~~ MUST TRY Picture is end result for family of 5 with kids age 5~7 year old

Tastefully furnished in typical Peranakan style with some real antiques such as their lanterns, tiles and mirrors. Service was really swift. Our food was served rather quickly. I appreciate their effort to incorporate everything Peranakan from the serving of the food to the food itself. Rice and tidbits were served from a Bakul Siah (a Peranakan lacquered bamboo baskets used... More

Had the Fish Maw soup, Assam Goreng Prawn and ToFu. Taste is very average, home style cooking. Prawn was fresh. Soup was simple and honest. Tofu was nothing special. We finished our food, and did not have much complaints. Ambience. Good space, but was rather empty. Service was quick. Only 3 tables on a Saturday evening. A change to the... More

Took a dinner set for 4 on last sunday. The service was great, did not wait long for the food. For me, it really felt like home cooked comfort food. As I am not a peranakan, there is no way for me to discern on the food is authentic or not.

Go here if you really want halal nyonya food only. The food was quite bland and not really up to standard. Even the kangkong belacan was not spicy. We had an Australian guest who said the food was not spicy at all! Chendol was disappointing. The only good thing was the service - the set meal was brought out very... More

Maybe if you are first time in Melaka, you stayed in a hotel which has a nyonya restaurant, and you really feel lazy to get out and explore the street, and you still would want to try something local and have the story to tell when you are back, and all your meal expenses can be claimed by company, this...
