My husband and I visited on a whim and after reading good reviews stopped by. He got the Philly and gumbo and both were really good! And I got a blue plate w grilled chicken, green beans, greens and fries and all were really good...also. We will go back! Next time getting desert tho!More

This was a first time visit. This restaurant is awesome and a great place to eat. Huge portions and a great variety to choose from. The desert we got was a chocolate sundae. It was great. Staff were so friendly.

Had a great hamburger here on a recent visit to Mobile. Perfect flavor and cooked just right. My wife had the club sandwich and is still talking about it today. Definitely have to get dessert next time as they all looked good.

First timer- asked someone what was good and they said everything. So ordered fried crab claws appetizer- delicious. Then ordered Blue Plate special. Wow a lot of food and also delicious. I’ve eaten at several different diners across the country this one pretty good. Not the best, but still very good. I’ve both the chicken tenders and the roast beef, I liked the roast beef better. The sides were very good as well. Stay away from...the corn bread! It’s sweet but very very dry. That is the only thing that I didn’t care for.More

One of our favorite places to eat. Their meat and 3 never disappoints and Their hamburgers are delicious, not to mention their must-have milkshakes! I love their grilled fish and grilled chicken. Always moist and tender. Great family atmosphere at a reasonable price.

I went here with my husband and parents for lunch. I am glad we got there early because the place filled up quickly. The grilled shrimp were amazing and plentiful. In town for Mobile half marathon from Boise, Idaho. This place is recommended by the locals, so we had to give it a try. The food is really like homemade. So so good. Amber our server did an amazing job.

Ok, so first of all looking at the outside of the building,we probably would have drove on by. So glad we read the reviews. The place was packed. The food was awesome! Blue Plate Special was amazing. We each got something different. We definitely recommend...the Roast Beef, Club, Fish, Chicken tenders, Chopped Sirloin and all the sides. Fanta Float AMAZING! Don't forget the ice cream Sunday is enough for two!More
