It's a nice clean place but I would rate it a 5 out of 10. Nothing too special. Friendly staff though.

Good BBQ with pretty good service, our waiter seemed like he had been up for 3 days.... But he did his job... He forgot a few things but got them right away when reminded. Food was good.

I had a great solo lunch of BBQ beef. It was delicious, and the rolls, though small, were very tasty, and the server brought more. The sides were tasty as well, and very generous portions. While the deserts looked tempting, I was stuffed.

I have no idea how this chain got to have such high ratings. It is AWFUL. The food is terrible - soggy fries, bad tea (how do you mess up iced tea?), BBQ is anything but authentic.
