We stopped in for lunch and loved their pizza. The sauce was flavorful with a very good crust. The restaurant has both inside and outside seating. Very clean and bright. Outstanding service.

We loved our dinner at The Establishment. The food was excellent and there was a great atmosphere. The service was outstanding too. We enjoyed it so much we went back the following night again.

We stayed at an Air BnB that was close by The Establishment. We first started eating there because it was convenient, however, we soon looked forward to eating almost every meal there. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious and varied. They have...a terrific menu. On our last night, we ordered a catered meal that was delivered right to our accommodation. The meal was delicious and the price was excellent. It was a perfect end to our trip. I would certainly recommend a visit or two to The Establishment should you find yourself visiting Pacific Harbour.More

Beautiful food, we had prawns and seafood basket with cocunut brownie and tiramisu. Well worth the adventure across tge road from the Pearl. Excellent customer service, truely a gem in Pacific Harbour.

1 – I communicated with the Big Boss (Ben) a few days prior to arrival, and he set us up with a delicious gourmet meal featuring – Chili Crab and Chili Lobster!!! 2 – We arrived on-time and our reserved waterfront VIP Table was ready...to receive us. 3 – Wifey ordered her cocktail and I ordered a beer. Both were served properly chilled and in a very timely manner. 4- After approximately 20 minutes our tasty food was served. 5 – We ordered a few more rounds of drinks – gobbled down on our food. 6 – Now it’s time for dessert ………….. bananas foster with ice cream. Needless to say, dessert was a big hit with Wifey!!! Special thanks to the entire Establishment Team for executing the Perfect Meal.More

Enjoyed 3 Dinners at The Establishment, Fiji. Absolutely delicious food. Compliments to the chef and the friendly service. Enjoyed the outdoor ambience, mosquitoe coils provided. Highly recommend.

Never disappoint!! Brought my mum and aunt for Mother’s Day lunch. The food was delicious and the staff a always friendly & welcoming. Kept going for the lobster and prawns & the deserts was mouthwatering🤍🤍 #TheBest #AMustDoInPacificHarbour

The restaurant had a very limited menu. The food was very ordinary. Only us and one small group. The local woman was very friendly and helpful about the local area. I was told the Sunday lunch is ok.

Ate here 3 times in a week and a half. Twice in person and once through take-out. People were great - very friendly - and food was great as well. Loved the fish on chips!

Amazing food - great setting. We ended up eating in here 3 nights out of our 7 and got another meal delivered to our villa. The food was good quality and price was okay. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area and would go...back and did! If you are staying in the area they do a 3 course meal delivered to your villa with a smile. A perfect meal.More

One of the few places around Pacific Harbor where you can eat (outside of the resorts). The food is amazing! Went there twice during our stay in Nanuku. I have only good things to say.

There are many places to eat in Pacific Harbour but it is hard to beat The Establishment which is owned and run by Ben Tendrick a well known local chef. We regularly organise seafood dinners for large groups of friends here when we are visiting...Pacific Harbour and are never disappointed. Tonight consisted of Seafood Chowder, lobster kokoda, calamari, mussels, lobster, the most amazing chilli crab and fish. It is hard to beat the quality, freshness and attention to detail. The same attention is given to other menu items. Thank you Ben, Ala and the whole Establishment team. You are the best.More
