We love all things Bama so we ate at Rama Jama. Most folks would not appreciate dining here. It needs a huge facelift. Granted it is a tradition in Tuscaloosa but it needs work! We ate in the front room that was cramped with stacks of chairs and memorabilia that you could barely see. I heard that the owner wants... More

As part of an old fogey tour of Tuscaloosa, 56 people ate at Rama Jama at 5 o'clock this past Saturday. They officially closed at 4pm but stayed open for us. We showed up all at one time and were wondering how in the world the staff could serve us quickly. The manager, Gary Lewis (a Nick Saban clone) had... More

Visited on a Saturday for lunch. The restaurant was busy but not over crowded, we easily found a seat. We Ordered a cheeseburger and fries and waited an hour to get our food. Went to ask about it and told "We're busy". The tables needed to be bussed and they were out of tea. Food was pedestrian at best. Won't... More

Must stop for even the most casual college football fan. Great burgers! A virtual Crimson Tide football history museum.

Who doesn't love a straight up just greasy enough handmade patty hamburger?! Throw in a side of crinkle fries or onion rings. Add a sense of time and football tradition and you have Rama Jama.

Very reasonably priced with a good variety of quick food. Fun place, lots of UA memorabilia and flavor. I love the fried balogna sandwich. Fun place, often crowded - especially game days.

located in the shadow of Bryant Denny Stadium, this place is a Bama football lover's dream. The decor is 100% Bama sports memorabilia. The breakfast is outstanding but come hungry because the portions are huge (the eggs, ham and hash browns breakfast is served on a platter!) Also have great, mouth watering burgers. The lines are incredibly long on game... More

A trip to U of A would not be complete without a visit to Rama! One of the best breakfast and lunch stops, and close to the stadium. The staff is friendly and aim to please! Place is packed with Tide footbal memorabilia and will make an outsider feel right at home

A great place for breakfast or lunch. They have a breakfast sandwich with 16 slices of bacon. One slice for every national championship the Univ. of Alabama has won. The burgers are the best choice for lunch.
