Went here in order to eat and have one or two pints. Placed ourselves outside due to warm weather but nobody came to serve us although they saw us tru the window. Probably our mistake - I went in and asked for a menu and waiter. The waiter came and we ordered beer first. He asked us for IDs -... More

Glory Bound is a good place for lunch or dinner. It has a casual atmosphere and a great bar for beer. The gyros are okay nothing out of the ordinary, but for Tuscaloosa the food is quite good. Also, the service is very good.

It's a bar that happens to serve food, nothing more. If you want a gyro, there is a spot down the street that serves a much better one.

Very fresh food. Not what I expected for a "gyro place." Fun, casual atmosphere for lunch. I had falafel and the rest of the family had gyros. Everything was delicious.

Hubs and I are picky about gyros. Didn't want to waste time and money on sub-par food so we waited to get feedback from friends about it. Mixed reviews made us curious so off we went to try for ourselves. It's not your typical gyro place, lots of pita wrapped entrees that have gyro in the name. The ones we... More

My staff and I work about 3 minutes away by foot at Christ Episcopal Church. We take advantage of the amazing salads at special prices on Wednesdays almost every week. About every other week we take advantage of special pricing on gyros on Tuesdays. Can't be beat!!!

Glory bound is one of my absolute favorite restaurants. The food is consistently good and their specials are unbelievable. Gyros are only $5 on Tuesdays- what more could you want in life??? The space itself is neat and there's always a good atmosphere.

My goodness these were awesome gyros. We started with the hummus platter which was awesome. You can pick your flavors and each one was amazing. Then the gyros themselves blew me away. I got a chicken one and it was just so good. It is worth a visit. The atmosphere is fun and the staff is friendly.

The food was awesome. The hummus selection amazing. We tried just two but loved them both (my husband is mediterranean and we've had our fear share of hummus). I had the ahi tuna plate. It was delicious! I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, casual place to eat.

I have heard great things and finally ate there last Thursday night when in town for the game and the wait was long everywhere else. The gyro's were delicious and it was a fun college town place with a great bar and tv's. My food was delicious. My only complaint was the sour smell when we walked in. (sometimes bars... More
