Very friendly service. Chicken cooked in view of the diners. Good sized portions. Beer specials are very economical. Food is very good .

The restaurant is attractively designed and there's additional seating on two patios. The wait staff is professional and personable. The meals are all typical Costa Rican chicken dishes. There are several variations of the national dish, "casado." All were enjoyed by our group of four. We returned to this restaurant four times during our 7-day day stay in Costa Rica.... More

We were staying close by in a B & B and were very hungry from travelling all day. The 4 of us didn't want to eat out as we were tired and dirty, just wanted some good comfort food. We ordered a couple of dishes for take-out and were surprised at the amount of food and the quality. We ordered... More

Stayed at the Hampton Inn nearby so wanted to walk and get some air. Very close to the San Jose airport.. Quite reasonable 'no frills' food. Seats a bit on the hard side, but we were tired! Service a bit slow but place was quite busy. Server very cooperative and pleasant. It worked well for what we wanted at the... More

All the food came out. All hot. And all acceptable. But nothing left me thinking I'd come back any time soon. Not bad... Just not great. Least favorite part? The cheap napkins.

Just OK. It's a fast food place. Not much choice near our hotel (Holiday Inn). But the hotel offers a shuttle to a nearby mall with many more restaurant choices. I'd take the shuttle.

I encourage those staying at the airport hotels nearby to choose this restaurant over the Denny's next door. The food was interesting - I had a soup that was served with avacado cheese and other things to add in. Chickens were roasting in sight and all seemed fresh. Not that this is fancy or haute cuisine. Middle of the road... More

This restaurant is a good option for a quick meal near the airport. The best menu options are the roasted chicken dishes. It is a sit-down restaurant with table service. You pay by table number at the end of the meal. They do serve beer and wine as well.
