I have been to many restaurants that boast a local flavor, but this place is expensive, poor service, flies, gnats, and the food was not that good at all. I feel like i overpaid for this meal ($25.00 usd for one person)

Good Costa Rican food at moderate prices. Their menu is diverse and food quality very good. Not sure why at the time of the day when we visited (dinner) their service was not good enough as it was slow and inaccurate.

The food and service were fine but this is a tourist place with tourist prices. Lunch for 3 was over $60 for traditional food. The place was recommended by our driver but I would have much rather taken my chances on one of the many places along the road and likely had a meal for half of the price.

My friends and I were needing a quick lunch before flying out of Liberia when we spotted this restaurant. The service was good and quick, by Costa Rica standards. The food was good and the drinks were great. My wife and our friend each ordered the pina colada, the drink was served in a pineapple. It was both delicious and... More

Expensive for the country but good food and service. It is near the airport and so may charge a bit more. We paid about $82 for 4 people with a umbrella drinks and two beers with diner. Note that is one drink per person. We are here before and had Casados the first time we came to CR.

We really enjoyed our food and drinks, very good service, servers spoke English well too. Only downside was maybe a little expensive for Costa Rica but likely because of location by airport which IS perfect for a quick meal after arriving or before leaving.

we got to the airport area a bit early so instead of turning in the rental car early we stopped here for lunch and some drinks. The place was filled mostly with locals. The food was great. It was also nice having free wifi to connect to. prices are decent.

We were starving when we landed so looked for a place on our way from the airport. Great outdoor seating and local cuisine. I would recommend the seafood soup and the grilled chicken. The staff is friendly and answers any questions you might have. Also recommend the pineapple smoothies or the after dinner coffee, which they make tableside.

Thank Deborah R
