We went for lunch and had a great time! Cool location right across from the beach, and near some touristy shops. We had the Casados ( fish and steak) and it was amazing and reasonable prices! We will try to go back before we leave. Yumm

Olman the owner is very friendly and personable, as are the waiters! Delicious local food! If you enjoy fish, ask them what is fresh! They catch all their fish in the morning! The owner offers fishing trips on his boat! If you catch anything he will cook it for you upon your return at the restaurant! Best bang for your... More

We had the whole fried snapper and tostones. We always try to eat where the locals eat wherever we go.

If you're looking for a restaurant that serves typical "Tico food", visit Soda La Teresita. My husband and I ate at Soda La Teresita twice while vacationing at Playa del Coco. It is located right across the beach. The restaurant is not fancy at all, but the food and service is good. We ordered a beef and pork chop dinner... More

We had the best ceviche here when we visited in 2012, so we stopped into Playa del Coco on our way back to the airport from our most recent trip to Samara just to have lunch here. The service is always fantastic here. Our host immediately recommended the fresh catch of the day, which was parrot fish. He prepared it... More

We had breakfast there today. Typical breakfast with rice and beans, scrambled eggs, and toast. Great price, friendly service, wonderful Costa Rican atmosphere. Don't hesitate to go.

Our family always makes a point of going here a few times when we are in Coco. The people are welcoming, the potions are ample and the food is authentic and excellent!

Good value and an authentic Tico meal right across from the beach. Fast service and good for a quick and easy meal. Great spot for lunch when you are at the beach.

Beachfront setting and warm personal service from the owner make this a great option in Playas del Coco. Typical cuisine includes red snapper deep-fried until it is hard and crunch. Nothing fancy, but honest food at fair value.
