Please know that I am not writing about La Fabbrica in Escazu at Multi-Plaza Mall or the one in San Jose but I am hoping that this review of mine will someone get the attention of the owner of this chain of restaurants. Last night was our second dining experience at La Fabbrica in Momentum Plaza in downtown Lindora and... More

This place is the worst pizza place around, service is awful and food is bland. You can get a much better pizza just about anywhere else. Went last week and it was terrible. Service is slow and rude, they clearly don't care about the client. Found the prices to be very high for the size and quality. Pizza came with... More

This used to be a good place, now they don't even care to serve you, the service was extremely slow, the food was already cold and terrible taste... the shrimp was too salty and everyone who ate pizza that day got poisoned... everytime I think of that place I just want to throw up.

Its the family favorite and the emergency choice if we don't feel like cooking. Its much better than papa johns, pan e vino, sal y pepper, and god forbid pizza hut. The pizza is thin dow, italian roman style. My favorites are parmiggiana (for veggie lovers) and mamma mia (full blast). Highly recommended by our kids as well

All the food here is really good, pizza, pasta, etc. They have a good variety of pastas and pizzas. The only problem is that some times they take much time to bring the food. Besides that is one of my favorite resturants in CR, and in my opinion the better pizzas. Portions are big, I can´t finish with the pizza.... More

The only things I enjoy at La Fabbrica are the thin crust pizzas and their salads. Also, a nice appetizer is the eggplant and cheese baked little rolls. The place is spacious but the service could really be much better, the waiters tend to disappear for long.

We had a very nice celebration dinner at this comfortable establishment but try to get there early, really early. Even though it was not that late (around 10pm on a friday) and the place was packed, waiters were urging us to order because they were about to close. Food was good, but waiters have to get a little bit trained... More

Thin crust pizza with great toppings. Service is good most of the time (unless they are crowded). My favorite dishes are the Mamma Mia pizza, Roman Salad and Whole wheat pasta bolognese.

La Fabbrica is a large Pizzeria Chain in San Jose, eyou will find a real tasty pizza (about 8 different kinds), and vdery good pasta too. The sauce is the key. Jus go several times and try different sauces every time!

Family.. an appetizer for four, three pizzas.. Wine (Carmenere is the Chilean that they refer to) and good service. The pizza was excellent with a very thin crust.. light tomato... tasty cheezes and ingrediences. Could have eaten more but left satisfied... Not inexpensive, but excellent flavors..
