If travelling between Birmingham and Memphis there is a quiet Hampton Inn, the interchange as of this writing only has a Huddle House, but just over 1 mile is Cedar Landing. They have a traditional menu and a salad bar. Reasonable pricing and nice service. I recommend.

While traveling we ate at Cedar Plank restaurant at the recommendation of the receptionist at our hotel. The restaurant's atmosphere is very warm and inviting. The service was exemplary, our server was pleasant and very professional. The mushroom appetizer was super but the crab cakes contained too much filler and not enough crabmeat. Salads were fresh and the food in... More

A Dixie Cafe wannabe with a dern television on the wall going. I had chicken tenders; should have tried the catfish. No butter, just that awful "spread."

The food is outstanding. I have not got anything that I didn't like. The people give great serves and are very pleasant and co-operate. I am certainly glad is close enough to go from Hamilton regularly. It gets my highest rating by far.

The food is just average. Workers not very friendly. Our last 2 visits, the food was below average. We ordered shrimp and it had a bleach taste. The fried green tomatoes were sooo greasy and there was grease in the bottom of the plate they were on

We were directed here by the desk clerk at the Hampton down the road. There wasn't much choice around the hotel so we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed! Very friendly staff and the food was good. It's not fancy so walking in after hours in the car was fine! We enjoyed our dinner!

The Hampton Inn in Winfield suggested Cedar Landing as a place for an evening meal. We were very pleased with their choice of menu items and a nice salad bar. Our total meal without any beverage was $22.60 including the tip. People were coming and going the entire time we were there. The service was very friendly and food was... More

Wow what an awesome restaurant just off I-22 in Winfield Alabama. My wife and I had the lunch buffet and it was delicious. I got the last slice of meatloaf, which must be a favorite because people in line behind me were asking for more. Definitely a place to stop again.

Our second time to visit, first time was b/o Trip Adv recommendation. This time got it to go. Best ever fried okra and some kind of yummy, cajun dipping sauce to go with chicken fingers. Friendly, laid back folks.
