I had the clam basket and my husband got the halibut basket. The halibut wasn't good, didn't have much of a taste at all. Very bland. The clams were good but you can't really mess those up. Also, they don't have a restrooms, you have to walk across the road and use the public outhouses which I thought was strange.... More

Me and my hubby visit Alaska every year from Indiana and love to try new places to eat. Today we settled on this place. MISTAKE! We both ordered Halibut fish & chips, I had a small Diet Coke and he had a beer. Our bill was $53!!!! For one piece of fish and fries each!?!?!?! The portions weren't even large!!!... More

We are regulars here all summer, every summer, and often bring out of town guests. Expect outstanding service and a friendly chat with the owner who also work here. AND, the food and view is great too!

Pretty low key little place, very clean. Plan on eating on paper and drinking out of paper cups which is just fine. We had the Halibut Fish and Chips and they were to die for. Our group of eight practically inhaled our food. It was that good! I would absolutely go again to this little place.

Had to try the halibut and fries, but is was a bit disappointing -the fish was overcooked, the fries were reheated and the service was ordinary.

We had eaten fish and chips at several other restaurants in Alaska, but this place was the BEST! The fish is SO fresh! The light crunchy batter is perfect. It was simple and perfect. Would highly recommend.

We were hungry and tired looking for a place to eat on a Sunday afternoon. I wish we had kept looking. This place was filthy. Salt and pepper, ketchup, table...all could use a good cleaning. Food was staight out of a freezer...deep fried and served in a crummy plastic, dirty basket. Keep looking for somewhere else to eat, or perhaps...this... More

We've eaten fish and chips (halibut, salmon and cod) at just about every restaurant in town. We keep coming back to the Boardwalk Fish and Chips because it is the best deal in town for really fresh fish with a view of the Cook Inlet and a no frills setting. Be prepared to get your own coke from the machine... More

The deep fried cod and halibut were both good. Price was better than most. The staff was very friendly and outgoing. Definitely recommended.
