Sad to say, all the food from trip advisor has been spot on... so we went. AK fish tacos, salmon chowder, cod fish and chips. The chowder was ok, the tacos had the cheap hard formed taco shells, meat was good but everything else detracted...More

I'm glad you enjoyed the chowder, but want to apologize for not meeting your expectations with our fish tacos and cole slaw. Our shells are made in-house every day, but it is true that our menu no longer includes the soft-shelled variety. Ocean View is...More

We wandered in here around 3:00 on a Friday afternoon. No waiting. Available tables, even with 2 giant cruise ships in town! I ordered the 3 pc. fish & chips with the halibut, salmon and cod mix. All done very nicely, flavorful, except for the...More

This is a popular place in the heart of downtown Ketchikan, right on the docks next to the lumberjack show. We had Dungeness crab, salmon chowder and side order of fries. The fries were nothing special, but the crab and chowder were very good quality...More

This place was recommended by a local chef. In our opinion it was the best chowder we had while on our trip to San Francisco and Alaska. Put it in a sourdough bread roll and watch out Fisherman's Wharf

As the title suggests, the Salmon Chowder was wonderful. Best I've had! Although there was a line to order it moved quickly, and menus were passed back through the line so we could have our orders ready by the time we got to the counter....More

Attended a party with best friends. Food was fast and excellent. The fried halibut sandwich and mesquite fries were sumptuous! We had live music from an attentive piano player, who had great versatility to accept many requests from different times and genres! Made for a...More

We had the Salmon Burger and the fish and chips, both were fantastic. I also really enjoyed the great section of local beer. The place was also a little off the beaten path and felt more local than the other places.

Hard to beat the quality of the fresh seafood. Nice selection of ice cold draft beer. Good view of the harbor. Highly recommended!

After a day walking around in Ketchikan seeing all the sights and having great conversations with local shop keepers, etc... my cousin and I asked a US Forest Service worker at the Federal building where was the best local fish place. She directed us to...More

The fish house can do grilled salmon or halibut on a salad for a gluten free dish but the restaurant cannot be certified as gluten free if you have a severe case.
