This is our favorite restaurant in North Pole Alaska. They really good food, and also sell some hard to find grocery supplies from Asia.

A small, friendly, mom-n-pop cafe located in a 2-shop strip center. It combines an eat-in cafe with take-out service and tiny asian grocer. The food was delicious, the portions filling and prices reasonable. The staff was smiling and helpful but slow. We've eaten there twice now and will again in the future.
Not sure what to expect, for a Thai restaurant in Alaska. I ordered a curry dish that was to die for. The beef melted in your mouth. I ordered the "hot" and it was the perfect blend of spices. Wish I had ordered a second helping ... it was that good. Highly recommend.
I like the Pad Asparagus with rice and red curry. It's always really hot and fresh, and I can only get it in North Pole. There are other versions of this dish, but the asparagus is one of my favorites. The service is fast. Thai Cuisine Restaurant is my first choice for dinner.
Their food all good, from what I have had and what friends said about it, it seems like there isn't a bad thing on the menu. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting, just don't let the service determine your experience. They are usually a little slow, but it's worth the wait.
The building is an unassuming "strip mall" sort (there is a realtor and dry cleaning or something next door), but the food and service more than makes up for it.
