PhuLoei-It is hard to describe why it usually the last coffee shop I frequent. Maybe it is the color of the walls or the seemingly vacuous cashier and servers that influence my opinion. On the plus side-it opens early and the coffee is pretty good. I panic when I first got to Loei and PhuLoei was prominently listed on google maps. I have found many other coffee shops, seems more are opening daily, which I prefer. I go to OTOP and OLY frequently. OTOP is quiet and is near where I walk in the morning. OLY opens later- 10:00? but has the advantage of serving good food.

Pretty centrally located, Phuloei has an extensive menu. The latte was o.k., the cakes didn't look too tempting.

Nicely set up cafe at city center. Great coffee and tea. Do serve pastry and food. Free WIFI in cosy enviroment. Feel relax here.

She talked very quickly seing that I didn't understand.
Then she tried to give me a receipt with 290 baths instead of 120 baths !

Great coffee and friendly owner that speaks English. WiFi and aircon, clean and comfortable . We didn’t eat but menu and food looked great. Definitely will return.

I came here for breakfast. Friendly staff. Free wifi. Air conditioned inside. I ordered the American breakfast for 120 Baht. It was 2 eggs 2 sausages bacon ham 2 pieces of toast iced water and a coffee. Strangely enough for a coffee place the coffee arrived last. The menu is in English but I saw plenty of Thais here.

Very good spot for lunch. Good coffee, food, and desserts. Fried rice was simple and very tasty. My wife got the curry rice and it was delicious. Menu is in Thai and English. Owner/manager speaks good English as well.

Cake is very good. Thai tea is ok. But I don't like the smell of the tea. Nice decorated ,good smell coffee. Nice service with smile.
