When in Sighisoara, we always stay at the Casa Wagner. It's brimming with medieval charm, with modern amenities.

My husband and I stayed here on a recent trip to Transylvania. The hotel is beautiful and so full of character. It is located right in the middle of the Sighisoara Citadel. Great location, great building... but poor attention to detail. At breakfast, every single table was dirty. The table and charger plates were full of crumbs, and the salt... More

this was rated high in trip advisor and we wanted a nice dinner., but it was such a dissapointement,. we both had the salmon fillet but on the plate it was unrecognizable. they cooked it and then fried it so it lost it's color and taste, or maybe it wasn't salmon after all... and expensive!

We eat at Casa Wagner on a saturday in which Sighisoara was crowded. Lunch time. We asked from the beginning how long the wait will be, because we need to catch a train. The waiter didn't know what to say, just that there are other orders before us. After 45minutes we asked again, same answer. After one hour when we... More

The hotel is in walking distance to all the old town's major attractions. The weather was warm so we also able to sit outside . The restaurant had charm too and tables... More

The first thing I've remarked it was the relatively poor menu variety. You don't have much to choose especially if some dishes aren't available. The food is good, not excellent, portions are big enough and the price is average.

The food came extremely slow, 1 hour after the order and many drinks from the menu were not available.

Every room looks different, the furniture is unique, the staff speaks English and German, is helpful and friendly. One can really picture himself in the late middle ages. Try also the location in Brasov
