Stayed for a long weekend and could have stayed longer. The bed was very comfortable and the walk in shower a delight. The room was very spacious with a lovely spacious settee. All the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast starts...More

Where to start? The food is excellent. Superbly cooked and fantastically presented. Service is good and is friendly. So why not 5 stars? The food is not cheap - but that is fine if the overall balance of everything else is up to it. The...More

What a hidden gem, hotel, bar, restaurant & authorised wedding venue for my nephew & his new bride. The place is great & so are the staff.

Superb! We booked a table for four in the cellar bar, a wonderful evening indeed. Service is attentative while not intrusive. The atmosphere was relaxed and happy, the selection of Gin's impressive and the food, everything exceeded expectations. We would recommend the place unreservadly!

Beautifully presented food, excellent service from staff. However, our only criticism are the portions were tiny at such a high price which you would expect the food to be amazing but only greeted with a chewy steak and a disappointing belly. Overall average, nothing to...More

We visited for the first time last night. We were celebrating my daughters Birthday and it was the perfect choice for that. We were seated downstairs as we had our beloved dog with us too but that wasn’t an issue. We popped her basket under...More
