Not the best south indian food but an ok place to eat something cost effective. Ordered grilled thali, dosa was slight burnt taste, sambhar was very blend and dessert came straight from the refrigerator. It was my first and the last visit.

Woodlands is a typical South Indian vegetarian restaurant. One can eat variety of Crispy Dosa, Idli, Vada. I called them when they were about to close, they took my order for Masala Rava Dosa and allowed me to sit n have it peacefully. Humm...yummy... Definitely worth to try out their variety. 👍👍

Simple food options, but tastes well. Not great ambiance, but who cares when food is good. Several options to pick from.

I liked the food and overall ambience. Indian people should like this as the spices are not used sparingly.

We ordered "Special Thali" 2 of them, BISEBELE Bath, Gobi Manchuria. special thali is nothing but 3 small soup cup filled with 3 half cooked rice on a small picnic plate. That's it... I am not kidding. You get whole buffet in better quality for $8.00. The other reviewers giving 4 or 5 stars amaze me. May be they ordered... More

My wife and I are experts when it comes to South Indian cooking and I can honestly say Woodland's is our favorite place when it comes to price and value. This place has it all when it comes to authentic South Indian taste especially the Chenna Batura and dosas. It's definitely one of the top restaurants we go to because... More

We do visit this restaurant typically every week and were alwasy satisfied with the food quality. Though there were many Indian restaurants around, we were never satisfied with Dosa taste until I found this restaurant. Masala Dosa + Sambar tastes best and Samosa chaat, Vada are awsome. Moreover, prices are reasonable. Do visit this restaurant once in every while to... More

This is vegetarian joint. No serving, it is self serve restaurant. Good for group. Taste was just okay but quantity was poor. Owner is little rude but overall you can try it if you are looking for some indian veg snacks.

I have been to many restaurants that serve food from India... but never to one that features the vegetarian traditions of the southern region. The lady at the counter helped me to decide what to have. I chose a lunchtime medley of soup, spinach and potatoes, green beans, and a rice and lentil "pancake". They were all delicious, unique (for... More
