I live close to this restaurant so I tried it for a third time because I wanted to understand why it received such great reviews. Well, I still don't know. There were seven of us. The two with salads rated their food very good, three with sandwiches and burgers said they were average, and one said her burger was the... More

Second time we visited for lunch, food and service were excellent. The BLTA sandwich with coleslaw was just perfect. My friend had a burger with fries, said it was great as well.

We were there for a late lunch, hardly anyone else there, in the main dining area. The decor is interesting, kind of old western style, a bit dated. Service was good, food was good. No indication of wine tasting even though it's called a wine bar, but there seemed to be a separate entrance for wine, though I don't think... More

Dear Gerda, thank you for your review. Considering we have over 130 wines on our wine list and 65 different wines by the glass, I'm a bit confused. Did the waitress not offer you a wine list? It clearly indicates the parameters for a tasting on the list. Mid to late afternoons can be a little slow. If you wanted... More

What a great place with great food, wine and service. We had reservations for Easter lunch. The menu was absolutely wonderful, I had lamb which was wonderful. The server was a doll, very knowledgeable on the food and wine!

Took my Parents here for their Anniversary. We arrived on time for our reservation at 5:30 and we were seated promptly. The dinner item three of us chose they were out of. The potatoe salad was also sold out. The Steak my Dad ordered was pretty tough to chew he should have sent it back. Our Waiter never came back... More

Need relief from the Red Rocks of Sedona. Take a short trip to Page Springs off of 89A between Sedona and Cornville. Mario is a wonderful host and can match a wine to your palate with just a few questions. Lunch or dinner overlooking the creek provides lush greenery, and hummingbirds feeders at eye level. A soothing repose from the... More

Great food, nice service, charming place. I've had their fish tacos twice and LOVE them. Heard the Trout was good too but they were out both times I was there.

It was a Sunday in Sedona when many restaurants are closed so we decided to try a favorite spot of one of our local friends who said this was one of their favorite spots for food and wine. So off we went and all I can tell you is that Up the Creek is now one of our regular restaurants... More

This place has a nice view of the river and a small menu but great food, wine and good service! If your checking out the local wineries have a bite to eat here.

After seeing this reviewed on Check Please Arizona my husband and I with two other couples decided to try this out for a birthday lunch. It has a beautiful view of the creek with lots of trees and bird feeders that attract many varieties of birds. A lot of wood inside and paper covered tables but with cloth napkins. If... More

Description
Along an historic highway towards Wine Country you'll step back into how the west once was. There's nothing else like it as you dine in one of the most unique restaurants in Arizona! You'll be impressed with the rustic and authentic cowboy eatery. Enjoy fine steaks & seafood in the lush tree tops & large creek-side setting while watching the wildlife below. Eagles call this home, while the beavers build and the otters frolic. Find herons, wood ducks, turtles and others scouting out where they too find some of the best food in these here parts. Fine dining in a historic, but casual atmosphere. Join us for one of the best culinary experiences around. Freshly prepared and made to order Angus, Dry-Aged & organic grass-fed meats, homemade soups and desserts. Want the best; then come out West and see what all the locals are talking about. Full bar & fine local and international wines.
