Fabulous setting in the shadow of Lady Slipper Mountain range. Excellent lunch and wine list. Attentive but relaxed attention by staff. Will be back!

For years I've been driving past, but never stopped. Lovely quiet setting with a big lawn for the kids. The squeezed us in on Easter Sunday without a booking! The food was a real surprise. Deliciously prepared and elegantly presenting, bordering on fine dining. Very reasonably priced. Service was efficient. Overall excellent meal!

Visited "Crossways Country Kitchen" with friends. The food was really delicious and the service very friendly. What makes this "country kitchen" a true pleasure to visit is that you are truly surrounded by the "country". If you are lucky enough to get a table under the open sky and not under roof you will enjoy your meal even more. It... More

Great setting on a very attractive property. Service was good and the food tasty. Large areas for kids to range about, altogether a pleasant experience.

It's been a while since we were at Crossways and I've just realised why we stopped going there. It's a waste of time. I ordered sticky ribs and they were the worst ribs I've ever had, no basting sauce at all and tough, why call the dish sticky ribs. My wife's lamb dish was floating in oil as well as... More

Sunday breakfast with overseas friends was thoroughly enjoyed by all; lovely tasty twists on traditional offerings in a super country setting. Serving time too long though

Accepting that Sunday morning is busy we knew not too be hurried. But 1. Walked in and weren't seated despite 3 waitrons passing us. 2. Seated ourselves and waited 15 minutes for a menu despite a waitron promising to send them earlier. 3. Ordered 2 bowls of chips. Two were brought but was told that the other was being kept... More

This is a good place to have brunch. We went there on a Sunday and the place was jam packed. We did not have a reservation but since we got there late afternoon, we got a table right away. I do, however recommend making a reservation unless you don't mind waiting. A lot of locals were dining there and the... More

Excellent menu in a great country setting. Excellent for a family outing and mountain bike enthusiasts with various graded mtb trails starting from the restaurant. Be prepared to wait a while for your food but the wait is well worth it. Like they say 'you are on the farm so relax'.
