Although this restaurant is in "the wrong side of town" it is a neat and clean restaurant serving authentic Portuguese cuisine.

This is one of our favourites. It has short Portuguese menu in which everything is cooked with love and expertise. They do lovely platters of prawn and chicken piri piri, and their chips are the best south of the Limpopo.

On 19th March 2017, we joined some friends and had a wonderful Portuguese meal at the Troyeville Hotel. My husband had the Prwan Special and he is still raving about them. We had a wonderful Sunday lunch there. The food and service was really good
