This is one of those restaurants that is such an amazing experience, it's hard to find the right words. Everything about this restaurant is awesome, from the moment you walk into the restaurant it is just amazing

World class food and wine with an unique ambience. Loved every moment at Restaurant Mosaic and the obvious talent Chantelle has for her passion of food. No wonder she was rated 2018 top female chef and best wine cellar, worldwide. A bucket list "must do!"

We hosted a 50th birthday with all our guests staying at the hotel. Enjoyed Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast. All superb and 3 years later, guests are still raving about the meals and overall experience.
