Went out as a group of 12 people. We booked upfront and arrived at a neatly decorated table. We were a little bit pushed for time. Within 3 hours we were finished eating - and ready for a show at Atterbury theatre around the corner. Great service. Great cocktails! The best sushi according to the ladies, and the best spare... Two out of our group of five had a T-bone steak. I was one of them. The others had different cuts. The pepper and cognac sauce was really nice but was wasted on flavourless meat. The food is of a quality one would expect at a national family restaurant chain but at a substantially higher price. The Nederburg Merlot was... More

I had lunch there twice in the past week. Both times the food was exceptional. The avo - brie - fillet is of the best. The setting is good and offers a lot of potential. First time round I thought the service was so-so, but on the second visit I had to mention the poor service to the waiter and... More

My business partner and I enjoyed steaks that were tender, and well prepared. The cognac & pepper sauce is nothing like an au poivre sauce. So be prepared before ordering it. It more like thousand island dressing with peppercorns in it. Other than that, it was a very agreeable experience. Service was adequate. Wine list was very nice.

I find their sushi very normal, probably is not their specialty, the service is good. It is positive that they have a separate area for bar / drinking so you can move from dinning to bar.

So tonight I ordered the creamy prawn starter. Halfway through after breaking another piece of bread,I discover an insect inside the bread. Called the floor manager and showed her and explained that I cannot finish my starter as I do not know if the bread had any more insects and I felt quesy. She said sorry, took my plate and... More

The Restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, staff were great. No waiting for anything and it was a Saturday night. A 'rarely' excellent meal with good wine. Steak cooked to perfection!

Just eaten there tonight. Nice place, ambience, good staff but the biggest let down was the food. The worst fillet steak I've ever eaten in South Africa - reformed processed meat. For the price it is a disgrace. The spinach side was cold and the sour cream with the jacket potato was like a lemon flavoured dessert. A very disappointing... More

Great food and wonderful staff. We ate here twice while staying at the nearby hotel. It is located in a shopping center with several restaurants and this one was our favorite. The meals were great but try the calamari in lemon sauce and e curry chicken livers. Fantastic.
