Mugged of value for money

We were at your branch on the 16th of December 2019. We ordered the Top-Up Breakfast. The coffee we received wasn't as per the menu and in very small cups. When we asked the waiter we were informed that the cup was only for illustrative...purposes and that you won't find those mugs anywhere. However, two days ago we received our coffee in those mugs on the menu at another branch in Tableview. That is value for money out the window. Don't have something on the menu which you can't offer. Unless they can rectify the matter I can't recommend Reno Spur as a ideal breakfast destination. Overall a safe environment with a designated play area for kids.More

Disappointment

When we got there it took a few minutes for our waiter to come to us. Then we were given the incorrect menu, because when we asked if we could order pizza the answer was just "no, we don't do that". The manager gave the...same answer, but with a bit more in depth explanation. The only good thing about this Spur is the play area for the kids.More

New venue - so impressed

Reno spur has moved to bellville mall and stepped up their game in a huge way. The venue is beautiful with a fantastic play area. Very spacious and modern. Large windows at play area makes it easy to spot your kids from your table. We...ordered our regular spur favourites but the food was so much tastier and very well presented. Im just so impressed with everything!More

Mexican evening at Spur!

We walked in for supper and was greeted by friendly waiters all dressed as Mexicans! What a fun vibe! Our waiter was stunning! The Mexican food served (only on Thursdays evenings) were tasty and delicious! Make sure that you arrive early as the place was...packed! Well done!More

Usually places that are to good for value

Unfortunately Spur did themselves a disservice by the way they reacted to a certain incident a while back by banning just the one aggressor where it should have been applied a little more balanced. With all that said Spur has always been a good place...to eat a good meal for the family and this particular restaurant is no different. Good atmosphere with attentive staff make the visit pleasant. They are operating in a difficult environment and this Spur has risen to the challenge. Managers are attentive and prompt. well done.More

Friendly Service

Popped in for a lunch with my girlfriend and we had the Jalapeno Poppers and Crumbed Mushrooms as a Starter. Main Course I tried the Mexican Burger, it is massive and very tasy. My girlfriend had a Chicken Wrap and loved it. Very friendly staff.
