I buy from here a lot but today I found that the portion suddenly was almost half of the normal portion, also the Dahl soup was not included in my take away order), not happy with this change at the Eastern Bazaar

Great food - street food feel. Pay and order, then collect at different stalls so can take a while if you order from different menus. We went three or four times - all the food was great.

Not the best indian i have ever had but definitely worth a visit. The portions are huge and the food is so cheap. The staff behind the counter are also really nice. The lamb curry consisted of meat on the bone and the chicken tikka...More

There are a punch of food "stalls" where you can watch your food being made, with menus posted above. Peruse the stalls/menus and then go to the cashier to order. You'll get two receipts, deliver the small one to the chef at your stall and...More

Cape Town is the great city to be, especially if you discover hidden gems like Eastern Food Bazaar. Don't expect clean floors, but the smell of the curries and great services will have you ignore the grit and grim. If you are a city explorer,...More

Eastern Food Bazaar is not fine dining, but at the price no one should expect that! What I love most about Eastern Food Bazaar is the variety, the carved wood decor and the fact that it is flooded with locals - a place frequented by...More

This place has the best ice cream I've eaten. Wish I could have tasted all the flavours, but due to limited time could only visit the Eastern food bazaar once. The food is amazing, the place has a great vibe as well. Loads of different...More
