Love BMH, unfortunately they are expensive so you can eat there everyday. You choose your salads or hot meal which changes every day and then weigh it. Salads are the freshest and the choicest ingredients are used.

I happened in here at the end of lunch time and the waiter apologised that the buffet was a bit depleted, but it was fine - lovely hot veg dish with rice, and a selection of interesting salads, and I got the last bit of bread with a good dollop of hummus. My lunch came to R64 or so, which... More

I do love this place. It has good food at reasonable prices. The atmosphere is always relaxed. The food gets served hot and within reasonable time. They also have WiFi (though limited to 50Mb)

This place is downstairs from my office. I don't drink coffee so have never had theirs but my colleagues rave about the coffee. I have had their smoothies though, and they are delicious. The temple tea is my favourite drink from there. It's an infusion of fresh mint, lemon, ginger, cinnamon and honey. They ask you if you want honey... More

Bread Milk and Honey is a great place to get a wholesome lunch - selecting from a range of freshly made salads and cooked dishes. Delicious flavours and super friendly staff. The system is a based on weight of what you select but make sure you leave room for one of their muffins and cappuccinos!

Small and noisy over lunch but food is fantastically fresh and great service. Gluten-free alternatives available also.

If one is in the Cape Town CBD and pressed for time over lunch, look no further than Bread, Milk and Honey in Spin Street near the Dutch Reformed 'Moederkerk'. There is a good selection of preprepared food and snacks to choose from, and the coffee is truly excellent. Best of all - no music belting out to interfere with... More

I have had breakfast here a couple of times in the last few weeks. I have had things like eggs and salmon with toast. The place is stylish and the staff are pleasant and friendly. However, the food is sadly really not good enough (sloppily presented and not enough of it). Thankfully coffee is good.
