Great food and great service. Staff are exceptionally good and we had a fantastic evening. Menu had a diverse selection of dishes and we took forever to decide.

Our food, snail, prawns, sirloin and hake with calamari, was excellent - very tasty and nicely presented. The service was good but, being mid-week, the restaurant was not very full and thus slightly lacking in atmosphere. However, the meal was a nice experience, as it has always been on past visits.

We ate at EAT twice in January. Both times the weather was excellent so we chose to sit outside towards the rear of the restaurant. The inside of the restaurant is more formal than the outside eating area which had a lovely ambience and a very relaxing place to be. The service was great, the food was delicious and served... Recommended by our local friends and enjoyed the service, the food and the ambience. We followed the advice of our waiter and ordered an excellent wine . Prices are affordable Definitely we will return.

We have visited this restaurant several times. As usual the steak was excellent. However the fish served to Penny was very poor. Over cooked and dry. So, I only recommend this place if you want a steak but do not order fish.

The menu doesn't provide for replacing chips/rice/potato with a vegetable. If you don't want carbo or starch, the management says "take it or leave it. We don't swop carb for protein. Pay extra for a veg if you don't want starch". The steak was great, but the attitude was dismal. No discount for not taking any starch... totally inflexible and... More

They get the BEST biggest freshest mussels twice a week - but book your portion. Outside is protected and not windy- inside less beautiful but with the quality of food- no train smash.
