Not bad sea food, but not quite what the hype was all about. The fresh linefish was good but the calamari tentacles were exactly as they described, rather tough but also not very tasty. Service was good, but winter weather is also not conducive to...More

Just returned from dinner at freshline fisheries... WOW amazing food, friendly staff and a real chilled vibe! They don’t sell alcohol which did not bother us (you can take your own). The fish was delicious and clearly very fresh!!

Ordered the fish platter for one, to which I added a fish cake and coleslaw. A bit amazed that the coleslaw is not offered as a standard extra. However the fish was a bit dry, but the prawns were the tastiest ever. Calamari very tender...More

Wow, great place, great food and ambience. You must book to avoid disappointment, or turn up early, say 6pm so you can be squeezed in. By 8pm this place was full. Also worth noting, to take your own alcohol, whatever you fancy to drink, as...More

The oysters were extremely large and fresh - wished we had ordered more! The fish and other seafood were fresh too. We ordered various small plates to sample the local seafood which we thought were reasonably priced and quite filling, rather than the platter but...More

The most unique and affordable seafood restaurant in Knysna with one of the tastiest, fresh seafood menus in the Garden Route. You can choose exactly what style meal you want e.g. rice, salad or chips with your fish, prepared the way you like it: Grilled,Fried or Wes-Kus style. Not licensed so bring your own drinks (BYO) beer, wine etc. No Corkage :)
